It is funny how you come across the same people over time. They say there are billions of people in the world, but I really think there are only about 20,000 because I keep running into people I know, or friends of friends everywhere I go.
I recently was contacted by the webmaster who does the site for Trio Design. The man behind Trio Design is Jeff Grant. He is a world famous retail consultant and also has an incredibly successfull online business selling items to help the retailer sell his products using state of the art displays and related products.
The funny thing of course is that in this huge internet world of billions of sites, I know the guy! I met him in a totally unrelated way about 10 or 15 years ago. He struck me as a very nice, competent guy, and of course I had no idea what his business was. So to come across him in business, especially via the huge world of the internet was pretty amazing.
Anyway, the guy is amazing on how to sell retail stuff and if you search for trio design in any search engine, you will find him easily. I find his blog interesting, and insighful as to how people look at retail establishments. Our office usually gets one really good new patient every month, just by someone seeing the office and walking in. So it means a lot to us that our place is real aproachable and inviting.
