This guy has been a programmer for 16 years. I really want someone with deep understanding of networks and programming. In all of the sites I have been reading, it appears that one of the biggest complaints is crummy customer service after purchasing the product.
For those people who work, really, really, hard and are successfull, it would be great if there were companies that allowed perfect customer service, assuming you are willing to pay for it! We do that, if you want to see me inexpensively, we have ways of doing so if you are willing to follow our system to the T. On the other hand if you want chiropractic care at 3 A.M. for a two hour visit, you can get that too, you just have to pay enough to make it fair to the organization.

Not really sure what you are looking for here. Are you looking at replacing a system or just looking for someone to be able to service and support the one you have. I know this was posted a year ago, but curious nonetheless.
