He connected through an internet program that allowed remote access to my computer. It took a few hours to install the software, and restore and install the old data files.<\/p>\n<p>I am pleasantly surprised so far.\u00c2\u00a0 It appears that Medisoft has realized that many doctors offices now expect their patients to pay, and also that payment plans and discount plans now exist. It looks like it has many options that will allow us to better serve our patients, and do it in a more efficient manner. As usual the documentation is relatively hard to understand, and is not in the order one would expect to be able to follow it with.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the manual was much, much easier than their last manual that came with the version I bought 6 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>All in all, I am very happy so far with the software, and we are a few weeks ahead of schedule.
