Dear Dr. Klein,
I'm sitting in your office so happy that I have been adjusted for the first
time. I have always had this hesitance to visit a chiropractor due to other
people's ideas or stories. However, I now completely agree with the practice
of chiropractic care.
I came to you at first for a possible job, but in the process was also educated
on what chiropractic does for the body. I had grown accustom to the aches and pains
of my back and the rest of the body. I believed that enough Advil and Pepto could
take care of anything. I have been dealing with stomach/digestive issues for many
years now. I have seen multiple doctors to relieve the pains and symptoms, yet
they have all been temporary. It is a daily hassle for me to always worry about
what I eat and if I eat, what will happen later on. I hate always thinking about
how a simple meal with friends is going to turn out later that night. i always
wonder if I will have to go home or if I will have to pull the bottle of Tums
out of my purse in front of everyone.
I have also been in a few car, work, and sports accidents that involved
trauma to my back and neck. I am by nature a hypochondriac, so I am constantly
self-diagnosing myself or spending lots of hours in doctors' offices trying
to alleviate the pain and symptoms. My friends and family joke with me over how
many pills I have in my medicine cabinet.
Due to my fear of chiropractors, I never consulted one for any of my health issues.
However, I have this new sense of relief and enthusiasm for what the practice can
do for me. Today, after just one time, I notice lightness about my body and
spirit. My body feels much more at ease and I want to skip down the block
with my newfound flexibility. I can't wait for my next visit and I am excited
for the endless possibilities that await my health. Thanks!!
