This was my first time-ever-to visit a chiropractor. "WOW"!! I can't believe it took me TEN years to figure out what I really needed to feel better. Military doctors had told me "if you can get rid of your pain with OTCD's, then it can't be that bad". So, I decided to live with the headaches and a bottle of Exedrin Tension headache medicine always in my purse. Although my first adjustment was just a few minutes ago, I am very confident that my headaches will go away. The slight bit of tension I was feeling all the time is now gone. It even feels like I can breath better, so much I decided to take a jog to the beach (vice the walk you asked of me). The only advise I needed was to hear, "go see a chiropractor".....ok, not just chiropractor, but Dr. Klein!
